Hi XX,
I wanted to provide an update on background screening results for (my name) . During the vetting process, we have identified a gap in activity employment period which could not be fully confirmed.
According to the Declaration of Facts/Screening Declarationreceived from the candidate, the periods of inactivity/reasons for gaps are as follows:
Employment Gap from June 2021 to May 2022 - Looking For Employment
"During this time, I was busy with looking for my first career opportunity and my family."
Our due diligence procedure dictates that a candidate may not commence employment unless all screening activity has been completed. In the event that a candidate must commence employment without certain non-critical elements being completed, HR require a permanent waiver from a representative at band-6 level or above. This approval will confirm agreement to proceed with the onboarding of the named candidate and that such an exception is compliant with client and account contractual requirements. The decision as to whether client approval is required sits with the nominated band-6 representative.
