求助：LinkedIn InMail该怎么使用？

近期在网上申请后，马上通过InMail联系Recruiter也有快10封了，但除了1个本地的小公司的HR鸟了我外，其它的都如石沉大海没有任何动静。所以想请教下是不是哪里做得不对，或者是InMail写得不好？

我的模板是这样的，欢迎批评指正，先谢谢！

InMail主题：

Software Engineer Applicant - XXXX XXXXX（我的姓名）

InMail正文：

Dear Ms. XXX,


Good morning and hope you had a great weekend.

也尝试过直接发Connect邀请，但效果也不佳。还有没有更好的方式呢？比如勾搭HR？可是一般都不知道HR的联系邮箱吧。再谢！

我觉得不是你做得不好。单纯就是不搭理吧。。。
