求有过催offer经验的来介绍下情况

LZ最近拿到了一家startup的offer（没什么名气，几十个人的初创公司，但是base给的蛮高的），求问下这样的话具体怎么用这个offer去催其他已经面完最后一轮大公司，要不要把offer letter发给大公司的HR。如果发的话，对方会不会觉着startup的offer太水了然后也不会理？ 求大家的建议。

不用说公司名字，就说有个pending offer, 求加速
不过大公司由于流程上的规定，有的时候加速不起来。。。

lz是为了加快进度, 所以发package给大公司意义不大，应该发这个start-up的offer ddl吧。

告诉大公司自己offer deadline，然后看大公司反应啊

告诉大公司deadline，说有pending offer，他们是dream company希望快一些给答复云云，如果是大公司的话，对小startup的package不太看的。。
