1st WL from CMU-INI

昨晚十一点多查到了UMD的rej，半小时之后就收到CMU的waiting list的邮件。。  感觉转正希望不太大，毕竟CMU，有几个人会decline掉 T T另外看了几个地里的rej，感觉我这三维能被放到WL都已经算是幸运的。。

邮件内容：

After careful consideration of your application, we have decided to place you on the waiting list for admission to the Information Networking Institute (INI) graduate programs for Fall 2016. There are a limited number of seats available for incoming students and therefore we cannot admit all students who meet our minimum application qualifications.

Occasionally, we will offer admission to a few students on the waiting list by April 30 at the latest; however the majority of students placed on the waiting list will not be offered a seat. If you do not hear from us by the end of April, this means we do not have a seat for you.

There is no ranking to the waitlist. If a seat opens up, applicants on the waitlist will be re-reviewed to determine which applicant would best fill the seat that is open based on the information in your application and the needs of the INI.

We request that you do not attempt to send additional information in support of your application, as it will not be accepted or considered. Additionally, frequent attempts to contact INI faculty or staff in an attempt to gain a seat in one of the INI programs will negatively affect your status on the waitlist.
