论申请TAMU时陶瓷的有效性

对TAMU的ME系的一份副教授研究比较感兴趣，是做spray cooling的，和我毕业设计也很对口，前几天陶瓷后今天给了回复：

Thanks for contacting me and showing interests in our area of research.  For your information, I do not directly hire graduate students wishing to be admitted to Texas A&M University (TAMU).  All potential graduate students should apply through the system so they can be evaluated with everybody else.

For your information, I don’t have any additional funded research or teaching positions available at this moment; however, I am willing to be your academic advisor if you get admitted and decide to come to Texas A&M.

之前听说申请TAMU时陶瓷是有用的，不过看这教授的回复貌似录不录取还是主要由committee做主，这里给大家参考下

第一年自费，之后还没funding的话就找别的老师

不过这么一看TAMU机械也好穷啊。。。。
