国内EE研究生申请美帝MS的困惑

一般有个MSEE申MSCS不算太dual

好像加州很多学校是不让双硕士的。。

UCSD CS:
Normally, UCSD does not permit the duplication of advanced degrees. (Previous professional degrees, however, are not included in this restriction.) Holders of a master's degree in one field may be considered under certain circumstances for admission into a master's degree program in another field (after the admissions faculty committee reviews all application files in any given admissions cycle).  Holders of a PhD, in any field, are advised not to apply for admission to the CSE department's PhD program.

ECE官网的：
I already hold a Master's or Doctorate degree from another institution/university; may I apply for a duplicate/second degree?
The University does not permit duplication of advanced degrees. (A professional degree is not regarded as a duplication of an academic degree.) Holders of a Master's or Ph.D. are therefore advised not to apply for admission to ECE for the same degree, regardless of the discipline of the first degree or the discipline to which they seek admission.

EE的MS申CS的MS，不算吧？还是可以的吧？

不是说国外不承认中国的ms么。。
我感觉官网的意思说的是美国本土或者类似教育制度的ms
不放心可以问问小蜜
