关于VT的推荐信提交

请教一下，VT的推荐信系统里有两个框，第一个是Please provide the most compelling reason for Virginia Tech to admit this applicant and explain your reasoning.
第二个是Use this section to provide additional comments on the attributes rated above, providing examples where appropriate. Please indicate how long you have known the applicant and in what capacity. You may attach a PDF file of your comments in lieu of entering them below.
这个和其他系统直接上传还不太一样，不知道该怎么搞
