西雅图Downtown Studio 出租

房主是亚麻的，最近因为个人原因12月底要换到城市的另外一边住拉，自己的studio准备转租出去。

Studio的价格是每个月1800，大小456ft. 时间从1.1.2016 - 4.17.2016。当然，喜欢了以后还可以续租呀！

线面聊聊周围的环境：地址在Seattle Downtown 9th ave, Premiere On Pine Building.
离Amazon Doppler走路10分钟.
周围交通方便，离电影院，shopping center, 地铁等等都是走路3分钟距离。你们懂得，西雅图的downtown美丽而不吵闹。
这个房子最特别的是它还有一个阳台，非常别致。
我最喜欢这个楼的地方是它的楼顶，是公共区域，可以看到整个西雅图的景色，非常漂亮。
Premiere on pine 是downtown最好的apartment之一, 内部环境设施也非常棒，staff也非常友善肯帮忙。

我知道, 1800可能看上去比一般的apartment贵。但是如果它在你的价位之内的而你又喜欢downtown的生活的话，你可以再看看downtown其他apartment的价格，可以明显感受到这个价格的优势（因为我当时是看了找房贴，辛辛苦苦把价格谈下来的...）
我这里已经有人约说要1月底，2月份才能搬进来；但是我12月底就要搬走，所以还是来地里发个贴，如果遇到了更好的时间，希望你能赶快联系我啦！

Very close all the shopping center, subway (westlake station), AMC, paramount theater ... etc.
The building is very new and well maintained. All the amenities can be found out in the premiereonpine dot com website. The building has a huge rooftop common area, where you can view the entire Seattle; it's extremely beautiful view. The staff here are very helpful as well.For anyone who works in downtown (for instance, Amazon), it's only 10 mins of walk to Amazon Doppler building
