1st one:  living with landlord couple( 40 -- 50 years old ), 3 people in total, private bathroom
2st one:  landlord does not live in the house,but will have 4 roommates, 5 people in total, share bathroom

Feel that the first one's landlord is picky, concern that he will give some trouble when living in.. Any suggestions which one is better ?
