为什么必要的文件都received了还说我missing

给我发邮件是这样的：
To consider you for financial aid for the Fall 2017 term, your Computer Science PhD application must be complete. Currently your application is incomplete due to missing university/and or department required documents. Please have these documents submitted by Monday, January 16 to be considered for the University Fellowship. Do Not respond to this email inquiring about what documents are missing. Login to your UIC application system account and use the checklist provided for the most up to date information about your document submission and status.

Please note that the priority deadline for financial aid consideration was December 15, 2016.

Questions can be directed to grad@cs.uic.edu with your University Identification Number (UIN).


但是我的系统状态是这样的：


难道在申请阶段就要提交OIS吗

楼主问题解决了吗，我的也是这样的情况，而且要求16号之前就要上传，否则不考虑fellowship
