告别三无了...被UMN放在WL了，Sign...

Our admissions committee has reviewed your file and were very
impressed with your academic accomplishments.  We received well over
200 applications and the committee ranked you in the top 25%. However,
the number of available spots is limited so we are unable to offer you
admission at this point.  You are currently on our wait list for
admission to the M.S. program.

Let me explain the process.  We have made admission offers to several
applicants who have until April 30 to decide whether they will attend
our program.  Many applicants receive multiple offers, and only a
fraction accept our offer.  As we receive their decisions, we may
determine that we have additional positions available.  If that
happens, we will make offers to one or more applicants on the waiting
list.  There is about a 50% chance that we will make additional
offers.

We do not rank those on our waiting list until we have to. Some
students on the list will accept offers to other schools before we get
to make a second round of offers so even if I told you that you are
#10 right now, when it comes time to make the offer you might be #1. I
do appreciate your patience.

Please contact me if you have any questions or if you are coming up
against a deadline for an offer from another school.

    有啊~不过主要是是有关计算机图像图形的~PhD都陶瓷了，但是没结果

    我跟你一样的waiting list。。收到的邮件都是一模一样的。。我一同学，大三转去中科大了，收了master的AD。。看来什么都比不上学校的名字！！
