Neuroscience PhD@USC面试求助!

我是属于三无人员……直到今天中午为止，一查邮箱USC的Neuroscience Phd program要给我面试（我申了20多个master，就申了2个phd，USC和GaTech，本来以为以我的弱小研究背景Phd肯定没戏，没想到上来第一个就是面试==），邮件原文如下：
Dear Hao,

I am writing on behalf of the Neuroscience Graduate Program at USC.  We were impressed（这是算中性的客套话还是他们对我还是比较有兴趣？糊涂了……） with your application and would like the opportunity to interview you. Two or three faculty from our Admissions Committee and program will contact you to schedule an interview within the next few days (even as early as tomorrow if possible).  （这不要我亲命么!!）

All interviews will be conducted via SKYPE http://www.skype.com/intl/en-us/home. If you have an account, please send me your username. If you do not have a SKYPE account, please establish one immediately.

各位前辈大神帮我提提意见看我应该怎么准备，还有他的意思是说明天联系我跟我商量时间还是明天直接就是面试？？我应该等他联系我再商量时间还是应该回复一下？如果回复的话应该问些什么问题来让我准备得更充分、有针对性一些？
