请帮忙鉴定介是AD吗？

早上收到一封邮件：

We are pleased you wish to pursue graduate study at Mississippi State University for the fall 2012 semester.  The Computer Science & Engineering department has notified the Office of the Graduate School that you are academically eligible for admission.  Your application file will be complete when we have received certification of actual means of support.

Once we have received the requested financial documentation you will be issued an I-20 form and an official letter of admission to graduate study at Mississippi State University. mail没有提及奖学金，还要求我把财产证明寄过去，要拿奖学金是要继续套磁吗？还是继续等通知？
