收到waitlist之后该怎么办？

After reviewing your application for admission to the Master of Science in Financial Engineering degree program for Summer 2012, the Admissions Committee has decided to place you on our waitlist.  Although we are not able to offer you admission at this time, your credentials are strong.  Your application is still being actively considered for future openings in this summer's class.



The waitlist is not ranked. As spaces open up, the waitlist is re-evaluated to fill those openings.



You will be notified of a final decision by May 1.

刚刷出来的，小桑心。。。求问各位大神该怎么办呢，是坐等还是发邮件followup一下？
