Are you working currently? If so, I think you can put the company you work for. In my case, I was not working while I applied for the waiver because I just couldn't work at home in China, but my employer held my position waiting for my return, so I put down the firm. If you are not working, I guess you can put "N/A".

有了工作以后需要你的offer letter，还有公司愿意协助你办H1B 的证明信就好。

我当时是已经抽中H1B了，好像律师问老板要了一封证明信证明公司会等我办好豁免。具体是怎么写的我不知道，老板直接发给律师的。

抱歉问一下啊，J1申请豁免了，最后一步系统里Favorable Recommendation已经显示sent了可是没收到，可以回国签H1B吗？

Well, first of all congratulations! I will wait until the letter is received just in case. If it has been more than a week and you still did not receive it, I will probably call them. Good luck with your visa.

已经等了一个月了，好像不能打电话只能发邮件？！
