请问fb的这种秒拒该怎么应对

楼主目前两年多经验，sde2。上周末内推的fb，周一直接收到拒信，理由是
The amount of experience needed varies throughout the year based on the demand of our teams and at the moment, we are focused on more experienced engineers.
If you find other positions in the future that align to your strengths and experience, please feel free to reapply.

不知道是因为fb最近真的不招E4，还是觉得我太弱随便找个借口。。。
想请问一下地里的小伙伴们，收到这种拒信之后有没有冷冻期这一说呢？还是说等它不focus on more experienced engineers的时候就可以再投了？
我这次只投了一个职位，如果我换个职位申请会不会还有机会呢？

问了hr，今天收到回复：

For our general software engineer roles we are looking for at least 4 years of industry development experience, and this is consistent across all North America locations. However you are more than welcome to apply to other positions that interest you.

这要求估计要senior E4和E5

我也是秒拒！工作一年。。。听说最近没坑了。。。不知道啥时候出来啊！！
