求地里的筒子们帮忙看看~这是AD还是rej？

申的是University of Georgia 的统计MS，昨天发邮件问申请状态，结果小蜜的回复让我觉得有点晕……
The Admissions Committee has now evaluated 214 applications for Fall 2012.  We have offered admission with financial assistance to the best 12 of these.  I regret to report that your application is not among them.

In particular, your application fell into the top 25%, though it did not make the best 12.  We can offer you admission, but given the demands upon our financial resources, we cannot promise to be able to provide you with financial support of any kind, no matter how well you do in the program.
I am sorry that my news could not be better for you.  I wish you much luck in all of your future endeavors.

因为当初听说申奖不影响录取，就选了申奖……看小蜜的意思似乎能给AD？但是语气又各种消极，会不会因为这个就不要我啊……

'We can offer you admission'  就是说AD了

‘we cannot promise to be able to provide you with financial support of any kind, no matter how well you do in the program’
就是说没奖 去了也没机会拿到奖

另外想问一下有人了解这个program吗？thx~

他家统计MS也可以给钱啊？看来统计MS给钱的学校还是挺多的嘛

然后呢？他家给正式的admission letter了吗？要求啥时候之前决定去不去？
