最近被邀请面试，才发现我老板要招人，职位是new college graduate。但我搜公司内部的head count，我老板底下只是个intern的opening. 但不管怎么说，我老板人（非印度）很好，只要做的还不错，就是intern也很容易留下来。

这周要面试第二个，又是个印度人，所以赶紧发到这里来鼓励同胞申请。

这个职位是deep learning应用在video streaming，所以如果你用过deep learning的框架（比如tensorflow, caffe, pytorch等）或做过image/video processing，就应该试试。 请联系recruiter Jessica Verly,

Image recognition and speech recognition — GPU deep learning has provided the foundation for machines to learn, perceive, reason and solve problems. The GPU started out as the engine for simulating human imagination, conjuring up the amazing virtual worlds of video games and Hollywood films. Now, Nvidia’s GPU runs deep learning algorithms, simulating human intelligence, and acts as the brain of computers, robots and self-driving cars that can perceive and understand the world. Just as human imagination and intelligence are linked, computer graphics and artificial intelligence come together in our architecture. Two modes of the human brain, two modes of the GPU. This may explain why Nvidia GPUs are used broadly for deep learning, and Nvidia is increasingly known as “the AI computing company.” Come, join our DL Architecture team, where you can help build the real-time, cost-effective computing platform driving our success in this exciting and quickly growing field.

What you’ll be doing:

• You will research and apply Deep Learning/AI techniques as well as traditional methods to solve some of the latest Video and Image Processing challenges related to quality, performance, and cost, specifically in the areas of Low Latency Game Streaming, Cloud based High Density Transcoding, 360 Stereo Stitching and Encoding.
• You will collaborate with world class teams to read and implement papers, adapt to use cases, build tools, datasets, analyze end to end system constraints and performance.
  

What we need to see:

• You are pursuing MS in Computer Science or equivalent
• You have exposure to the latest Deep Learning Techniques (CNN, RNN, GANs, etc..)
• Knowledge with one or more Deep Learning Framework (TensorFlow, Theano, CAFFE, Keras, etc..)
• You should have expertise in C/C++, Python
• You should be self driven and a great teammate
  

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Hands on experience in the field of Video/Image processing, and Computer Vision
• Implementation on related techniques on Github
• Knowledge of Video Codecs such as HEVC, H.264, etc..
• Knowledge of CUDA
• Exposure to Windows Driver Model or Linux Kernel programming

DS 相关的可以么. 有用过 DL 框架,但是不熟, 相对来说ML 的比较熟.
