帮发帖，uber contract for hire

有一个在linkedin上面认识的hr联系我发了一个职位招聘，这个hr不是uber的，是一个合同公司（teksystem），属于正规的美国公司，不是icc。这个职位属于contract for hire，就是最开始是合同工，然后看表现给转正。感觉这样的面试门槛会稍微小一点点，但是至于最后能不能转正，要看公司态度和个人表现。总的来说，这个算是一个机会，应该能学到很多，也有机会成正式员工，但是也有很多不确定性。。有兴趣的同学私信我给联系方式。

It’s a Data Engineer at Uber that will be helping migrate a 3rd party tool to a new internal tools they’ve built for Uber’s CRM division. This person will be making updates/change to the code and create events that trigger an action, working with real time data & API’s. They’re looking for someone with programming experience in Java, Python, or C#. Someone that can write quality code, but is also willing to learn new tools. There will be a team of 6 Engineers, some who will train this individual to use GoLang and work with other relevant tools.

Overall, they’re looking for someone who has a programming background, but also has the attitude of a go-getter. This would include someone who takes initiative and wants to grow a career with Uber. A healthy culture is a big component to this opportunity.

已经私信了大概10个先联系的同学hr联系方式，这个只是一次性的岗位，有人面上了估计就不会招了。。我也不在uber上班。。所以不要来找我要uber的内推了😂
