各种纠结，求问L1A L1B H1B各种选项以及PlanB

btw 同组可以没人管你，但看的就是payroll。 必须转payroll

SDE II 那个可能国内有管人，至于PM可能是符合Function Manager之类的。。我就不太懂了， 不过目前我们公司就我一个DS。。不知道老板配合吹牛逼不知道行不行，转Payroll这事还得又扯皮很久了。。

A first-line supervisor is not considered to be acting in a managerial capacity merely by virtue of the supervisor's supervisory duties unless the employees supervised are professional.

加拿大有没有什么公司可以配合包装成L1A的？我听说国内有这么干的，在一个大公司旗下的某个公司，给你按排个管理岗位，刷一年多的工资流水什么的，然后给你申请L1A

今年抽不到就去加拿大，在加拿大期间可以继续抽，抽到了就H1B回来，抽不到就L回来。

为什么在加拿大还可以继续抽？还可以以研究生学位抽吗

可以的，只要你有美国的MS或者PHD就可以，在或者不在美国都可以抽H1B，当然得要公司支持。

好像一样吧，还分管理层和经理，符合两个都行好像，但是有点模糊，按现在H1B的RFE标准，感觉L1签证变得相当严了，还在RFE中瑟瑟发抖

perm和工作签是两回事
你老板同意的话随时可以办
