针对2013fall and spring deadline
Application deadlines:
All materials, credentials, and test scores must be received by:
   * December 15 for admission to the fall semester
   * September 1 for admission to the spring semester (Open June 1st)
The department begins reviewing applications after the deadlines. Decisions for the fall semester are normally completed by the end of March and by the end of October for the spring semester. All decisions are sent to the email address you list on your application.

这里提了一下GPA, GRE, TOEFL 的要求
You should be aware that admission is very competitive. Most successful applicants have GPAs above 3.5 (on a scale of 4.0 = A) and GRE quantitative scores above 90%. The departmental minimum TOEFL score is 96 (required of international applicants whose native language is not English). However, if the score is below 103, an English as a Second Language examination must be taken on the campus and the courses determined by the results must be taken.
