Thank you for your interest in our program. The Computer Science Graduate Admissions Committee at Penn State Harrisburg has reviewed your application and it is our intention to offer you provisional admission to the program at Penn State Harrisburg once the admission process is complete. This process requires Graduate Enrollment Services in the Graduate School to review and verify all credentials submitted. We appreciate your patience while this necessary step in the graduate admission process at Penn State is conducted.
This provisional admission is based on your deficiency in Analysis of Algorithms (CMPSC 463), Operating Systems (CMPSC 472), Database Design (CMPSC 430), and Data Structures (CMPSC 462). Please talk to your adviser to see if these courses can be used as credit toward the M.S. degree. These courses may have prerequisites that must be completed first. The deficiency must be removed during your first two semesters of the program if you are a full-time student or within 15 credits as a part-time student. Your full admission to our program depends on your ability to make up the deficiency as indicated above and to achieve a minimum 2.75 GPA in these courses. Be advised that you must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 to graduate. You will need to discuss the deficiency with your adviser.-baidu 1point3acres
