8th Result 6 Rej from MS (thesis) in CE at UVA

很快，UVA的CE也拒了。哇塞，我集齐6个Rej了哎~


以下是拒信全文：

Dear XXX,

Thank you for your application to the School of Engineering and Applied Science. We have thoroughly reviewed your application and the supporting documents submitted on your behalf, and considered the evaluation made by the Admission Committee of the MS - with thesis program in Computer Engineering.  I am sorry to inform you that based on this joint consideration we are unable to approve your admission at this time.

Every year we receive a large number of excellent applications for our incoming class of graduate students and are able to offer admission to only a small fraction. A number of factors are considered in making admission decisions including essays, letters of recommendation, academic standing of the programs in which you have studied, educational preparation for your field, relevant research activities, test scores, grades, recommendation of faculty in the area to which you applied, and the match between your research interests and those of individual faculty and research groups here at the University of Virginia. Unfortunately, your application was not among those who were judged to be the best match with our programs.

Should you have questions concerning your application, I suggest that you contact the Graduate Program Director of the Computer Engineering program. We appreciate the interest you have shown in the University of Virginia School of Engineering.
