Dear Shannon Thompson,                    (EECS Graduate Coordinator)
I am sorry to bother you again. (昨晚一收到据信就激动就回了，只说如果可以conditional admission，一定来)
I understand that my past academic performance do not fulfill the request of admission. But I am confident to begin my master of EE program in Oregon State University in Fall 2012 if you can grant me the admission. The reason is that, not only I got the offer of admission from school of Electrical Engineering of Oregon State University but also I had participated in research during my undergraduate time. I had been qualified as a researcher confidential research in xxx center, which had been mentioned in my Personal Statement.
Additionally, the website of OSU office of admissions stated that, “students who do not meet the minimum GPA requirements may be considered for admission. The major department will determine if they wish to support these applicants before the Graduate Admissions Committee.”
I would love to join in the master program in Oregon State University because I know your school has very school faculties and researchers in EE, especially, in the area of Analog/Mixed signal IC design. So I applied to your school and hope I can learn more knowledge and conduct interesting research.  After that, I will apply for the PhD program in your school so as to explore more interesting technologies.
At last, I hope you can kindly enough to reconsider my application.

我总以为是研究生院take the first cut 然后硬件过了minimum requirements 才forward 给学院pick nd choose的。。怎么学院要了grad school 倒不要人了。。。。神奇
