系里刚刚回复说系里也拒了。
唉。

拒信上咋写的？说了你硬件不合格嘛？我赶脚第一封不必写这么多吧（当然要根据拒信内容来），就直接跟研院的小蜜说，你收到系里录取了，为啥又收到拒信，同时抄送给系里给你offer的那个系小蜜，看两个小蜜怎么反应……我估计，研院小蜜就说他搞错了，如果研院小蜜坚持说你不够格，再给他发你现在这封。。。再单独给系里发邮件，反映一下……我估计是搞错了，系里收了，研院没理由据吧……先表紧张……bless~

是不是可以谈一下你和prof的联系

    研院的据信是这样的：
    Many factors enter into acceptance or rejection of graduate applications, including evaluation of official records, test scores,  letters of recommendation, enrollment constraints, available instructional staff, and facilities.   Your past academic record indicates either that you have not met the minimum standards for graduate study at Oregon State University or your qualifications are not acceptable to the department you applied to.

Please address any questions you may have to the department to which you applied.

We regret the fact that we must forward such unfavorable information and do hope you will reach your goals for continued education.

    系里面的Offer of Admission to EECS at Oregon State University是这样的：

The School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Oregon State University has recommended that you be admitted as a graduate student to our program for Fall 2012 to study for a M.S. in Elec&ComputerEng.  The final acceptance and formal notice of admission will be sent to you by the OSU Graduate School after the final review of your application is completed.  You should be hearing from them soon.

    俄勒冈州立的EE的录取是要同时给系里和研院录取。过程是系里先审，recommend到研院，发正式AD。我之前发到地里或者看到其他论坛上都说系里录了就是录了。谁知道。。。

看来是有点麻烦，问问系里吧~如果都不行，就只能煽情了，之前不是有个帖子教argu么……那篇帖子的名字叫“除了套磁，拿Offer还有一种办法叫Argue”，我就不贴link了，lz自己搜一下吧~bless~~~

感觉系里录了，被研院卡的机率很小，研院要求应该远低于系里的要求，楼主运气不好碰上了。

    谢谢支持。我昨天也问了osu的师姐。她说应该是研院没有收到系里的recommend。说应该可以argue回来。我已经forward 系里和研院的email给系里的小米。希望可以能够挽回。
