SEVP没变且opt10月前过期的是不是跪了

最后一抽 等的蓝瘦 不想走坑爹的挂靠阿...求中求中

同没变，每天焦急地刷新，希望还有机会吧。。。

“As a DSO, please do us all a favor and wait patiently. We get bombarded with emails/calls for weeks about H1B selection and SEVIS is not a reliable way to check your status.

Basically, there is a system called CLAIMS that automatically updates SEVIS if your H1B is selected and you receive a cap-gap extension. We do not do this manually and generally have nothing to do with this process unless something doesn't work. CLAIMS is not great and often SEVIS doesn't get updated at all. It really is not a reliable way to check for this, so please just be patient and wait.”

是这个意思，自动的系统会更新你的状态， 你更新了确实就是中了，但很多情况下即使中了也不会更新，用这个系统来判断是不可靠的。最好的方法就是等。

Reply from DSO of my university, no pending for my SEVIS status... sad...

"I have had a chance to look at your SEVIS record. At this time, it does not show a pending change of status application. However, please be advised that the data that feeds (or does not feed) to one’s SEVIS record is not always accurate. Therefore you (and your employer) should still await confirmation from USCIS on whether your H-1B petition has been selected for processing, or not. Similarly, if your H-1B petition was filed based on consular processing, and not change of status, there would be no indication in your SEVIS record of any change. Please let me know if you have any further questions."

所以说明SEVP没有更新也可能抽到吗，又燃起了一点点希望
