催签回复新模版？

今天发催签邮件给support@ustraveldocs.com，收到如下回复，貌似没有见过这种：
Dear Applicant,

Thank you for writing to the U.S. Visa Service Desk.

We understand that you would like to know the status of your visa application.

In regard to your query, your case is still in process and the passport is not ready for delivery. Please track your passport at a later date, and/or wait for another notification once there is an update on the case. Also, please be advised that an email will be sent to applicants informing them that the passport is ready for pick up at CITIC office. However, all applicants should be aware visa processing time may vary due to individual circumstances and other special requirements.

有人收到过类似的吗？有啥头绪？这代表了啥？谢谢！

We understand that your visa application status is under administrative processing.

We would like to inform you that your application requires additional administrative processing. It can take up to 60 days for the process of administrative clearance. Most administrative processing is resolved within 60 days of your visa interview, but the length of processing time will vary based on the circumstances of each case.

Please note that before inquiring about your visa status, you or your representative should wait at least 60 days from the date of your interview or the submission of supplemental documents, whichever is later. Please be patient.

If you are a nonimmigrant applicant, you may check your DS-160 and visa application status online here: https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?eQs=WwjqOlbeRYzCYubaSQI+RA== by entering your interview location (or location where you couriered your application to if you applied through an interview waiver process) and your DS-160 barcode number.

NOTE: In case you want to track your current passport status which was submitted to the Embassy, please, send an email to passportstatus@ustraveldocs.com and in the subject and/or body enter a valid passport number exactly as it was entered at the time the appointment was scheduled, and you will receive an automatic response with the status.

If you received the "No result" page that means your passport status stayed the same and there were no updates.

details里是一个列表，把我的描述和问题列了进去。感觉这个一个自动回复，因为写完马上就收到回复了。

我周一收到这个邮件，周二就Update了，还在等Issue.....

楼主发邮件是多久收到的回复啊？？？？很着急啊

我刚刚收到了其他版本的自动回复。实践证明， 发过邮件后，等待24小时后，可以收到一个长一点的自动回复。

等等吧。估计24小时后你就能收到邮件了。我也一样着急，学校已经开学了。我的签证还没下来。

请问你是发到support@ustraveldocs.com 还是support-china@ustraveldocs.com 呢？

是发到support@ustraveldocs.com 。我看见这个论坛里大家都说这个邮箱有用，虽然我还没有看出哪里有用。。。。
