He is currently the assistant professor in City University of New York.His research areas include machine learning, VLSI architecture/circuit design,signal processing and communication systems. Required background

---BS/MS degree in CE/CS/EE/Applied Math/Statistics/Physics

Preferred background for CE Track

--- Solid background on computer architecture/VLSIarchitecture/circuit design

--- ASIC or FPGA design experience

Preferred background for CS Track

--- Solid background on machine learning (e.g. deeplearning, reinforcement learning or probabilistic graphical model)

--- Strong programming skills (e.g. C++/Python/Java)

Preferred background for EE Track

--- Solid background on signalprocessing/communication/statistics/optimization/control

--- Interest in the intersection between theory andapplication
