每一轮的result都给的很快，一般一两天以后就告诉结果了。电面的面经之前发过了，就不再赘述了。
昂赛一共5轮，除了第一轮是tech + bq以外，其他四轮全部都是leadership principle bq，我的tech skill 真的很弱，感觉能拿到offer全靠communication skill 和详细准备过的亚麻风格bq。我的bar raiser甚至在面试过程中告诉我，他们更看重candidate的culture fit和leadership，tech虽然也重要，但是只要leadership fit，进去以后tech他们是愿意教的（这一点可能不适用码农哦^ ^）。签了nda,就不说具体问了哪些bq了，但是每个leadership 对应的questions在网上都能找的七七八八。我准备的时候，每个principle，写了两个case，完全follow star原则。
在这里分享一俩个我准备的case，给大家一点启发，语法和措辞不恰当的地方希望轻拍。-baidu 1point3acres
CASE 1: 这个case可以回答的问题蛮多的，我列了两个可能的问题。

Opening: Sure, let me tell you about the time when I failed to deliverythe result from analyzing the TV historical data in my current role as a dataanalyst at Indix.
Situation/Task: As adata-as-a-service company, we always want to collaborate with outside mediaresources to tell good stories and how powerful of indix online product data inorder to get brand awareness, drive more traffic to our website. Our marketingteam spent lots of time working with an author from Bloomberg who wasinteresting of writing somestomeris more targeted and able to get us higher conversion rate. In the meanwhile,after participating in a number of projects, I have designed a template reportcontaining the common key elements for most cases, which boosted our dataanalytics team’s efficiency. I also considered automating the report, but it turned to betoo early at that point, since we haven’t figured out what kind of valuableinsights could be potentially generated from our data. But, as we know betterabout our data and get more feedbacks from our clients, it’s about the righttime to try this approach again. I have been working with our product and engineerteams on this report automation project. Is there anything you’d dodifferently next time? One thing I’d do differently is that I would make sure toinvolve and onboard other team members and stakeholder as early as possible. Ichose to take the majority of the work on by myself at the very beginning.Because I thought that if I wanted it done right, I would have to do it myself.However, the workload proved to be too much, especially with a constraintdeadline. I realized that I have to collaborate more with my coworkers. I was lucky enough that my team members ended up catching upvery quickly and we did bring the project to completion on time. Bouncing backfrom that mistake, I have learned that making sure people on the same page andworking seamlessly with others as early as possible is a preferable option toaccomplish large tasks such as the one I was assigned.
