老checkee总结一下administrative processing

楼主大大，感谢你为大家答疑解惑。我1月22号 Beijing H1B 续签，221g补cv和job description。 24号早上9点把材料发到指定邮箱，但是last update date 一直没变，还停留在面试的1月22号，我发邮件问ciubeijing 他们也说收到补的材料了。请问这是什么情况。。。

我是1月7号在北京的F1 renew OPT，2月11号的时候有过一次更新，现在又没有动静了，给CIUbeijing发邮件回复如下：
In this case, the circumstances regarding your application mandated additional processing. The criteria and procedure for such cases is the same worldwide; the Embassy does not have the discretion to exempt individual applicants.
要错过明天的飞机了，而且有可能错过2.18的入职。
求分析，谢谢！

我是在北京的。1.7 f1 renew, 2.11更新后，发邮件也是这样说的

沈阳F1 renew，机器人专业PhD第二年，12.27 case created, 12.28 case last updated. 至今已AP47天，期间给DOS打过两次电话，说没有任何需要做的，安心等着就好，给使馆发邮件，一开始模板回复，后来言辞恳切地写了一封邮件，两分钟内回复，回信如下：
“Your application is still under administrative processing in order to verify your qualifications for the visa. We will further process your case and will let you know if anything else is needed. Sorry that we cannot give you further news. Unfortunately there is no way we can speed up the process or give you an exact date of when the processing of your case might be completed, so please keep this in mind when booking your flights. We realize that these extended wait times can cause frustration, and we are sensitive to the fact that the purpose of the nonimmigrant visa program is to facilitate legitimate travel to the U.S.  Nonetheless, the U.S. Embassy and consulates in China, like all U.S. embassies and consulates, must adjudicate visas in accordance with the provisions of the law, and, in some cases, this involves extensive administrative processing.”
这依旧是模板回复么？感觉没什么意义啊。我是不是也掉进黑洞了？之后该怎么办呢？把护照拿出来重新申请一遍么？
P.S.有个很奇怪的事情，面签当天进使馆查看护照之后被叫到大厅里等了一段时间才排进队伍等待和VO面谈，期间也有其他人和我一样被叫到大厅里等候，这是什么原因呢？

VO问了一下我的专业，要走了导师简历，然后说"I didn't see any problem about you application, but we still need further investigation according to XXXX(XXXX没听清是啥)"

非lz来回复一下，我感觉大使馆还是在模板回复。我是12月份中旬签的，一共check了49天。你可以再等等看？多发邮件问问看大使馆？

SAOs并没有全部返回，耐心再等一两周

那个according就是221g的法条。没有任何办法，如果过60天还没有issue联系学校国际学生办公室帮忙催签。同时联系导师看看能不能帮忙催签。
机器人专业是敏感专业，下次毕业前还是不要回国了

感谢楼主大大一直耐心解答。请问一下，我首签沈阳f1, 当时就是要了简历，录取书，看了一下i20,以及问了父母职业。可是现在都74天了，一次更新也没有，邮件也发过无数封了，每次都是耐心等待，楼主大大有什么建议吗？
