Hi there! I recently found out that I'll be on an international assignment for work for 6 months starting late Aug/early Sept. I'm looking for someone to sublet my apartment from late August-end of February. It can come furnished or unfurnished depending on what your needs are.

The apartment unit is an alcove studio that has a washer/dryer in-unit, dishwasher, and high ceilings with plenty of sunlight. The apartment building has a gym, a common work/entertaining/game room lounges, rooftops with seating and grills, and a doorman. It's a five minute walk to the Carroll Station and a very short walk to Whole Foods.

About the neighborhood: it's a really lovely and peaceful area for families along with young working adults. There are also plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby, small shops, and half a mile away from Prospect Park.
