H1B PP暂停后对跳槽的影响

那问一下，比如我拿receipt去上班，然后被拒，跟着配偶转换成f2，再file，可以接着拿receipt去上班嘛？

求问一下，我现在是opt extension，然后10月1号h1b生效，本来打算生效之后pp transfer然后跳槽的，现在的话可不可以考虑把这个approved h1b revoke然后用opt的身份直接去上班，然后明年再重新抽签？

没交过140可以转回f身份。交了就只好转h4。交了140的单身狗就没办法了。具体操作咨询律师哦

原则上公司肯等你陪你一起折腾你再file通过了也是可以的。但是我了解过的公司，一旦身份出问题，基本上不会站在你这边的

去年六月pp被停时候赶上开始新工作，没多想拿着receipt就来了，然后遭遇rfe……慌了好久后还好被approve了。然后现在看着更好的机会流口水，真心不敢再轻举妄动了。

h1b都抽中了，建议你还是不要铤而走险了

是可以抽签的，但可能之后不一定能抽中，因为要重新抽。
我见过一个OPT重抽，两次连中的大佬。

不要误导别人了，Vermont and California Service Centers都是不能pp的，只有没有换雇主的申请H1B extension的提交到Nebraska Service Center的才可以继续pp不受影响，transfer到别的公司的是不能pp的。

我是RFE拿到offer也有这个想法。。实在不想等了transfer了，搞不好半年都不approve，下家也等不起。。
