感觉如果结果很慢的话，说不定130天后才能出结果,然后到时候pp有可能已经恢复 ?

那也是同样的嘛，公司愿意等你130天后才去上班吗？对吧？不管之后是否恢复PP~所以具体的还是要看公司来

目前H1B TRANSFER RFE中，律师讲不会影响已经申请的RFE.

The USCIS premium processing suspension update will take effect for cases received on/after September 11th. USCIS has stated that premium processing requests received before September 11th will be processed. Your premium processing H-1B petition was filed and received by USCIS before September 11th, so USCIS will be processing your case including response under premium processing.

学校医院那种non profit的h1b不受影响。工业界的h1b transfer是在受影响的范畴里的

我想知道有多少人愿意拿着receipt去上班？还是等approve？最近签offer的岂不是很纠结 多少雇主愿意等啊？
