OSU申请由于成绩单会不会悲剧啊

今天发邮件问department 的小蜜关于OSU网申系统里的transcript一栏为什么还是incomplete,结果得到回复：“It can take multiple weeks from submission of your online application to your ancillary materials being processed and marked as complete by the Department and Graduate Admission. As a result, you will need to begin the process a few weeks prior to the deadline.”  Unfortunately[b][/b], you are going to have to wait for Graduate Admissions to process your transcript.“
但是之前又收到邮件说：
  For international students (including students currently studying in the US on a VISA) everything must be submitted by November 30 and for domestic students everything needs to be submitted by December 15.  That means your application, statement of purpose, CV, letters of recommendation, GRE/TOEFL test scores, and transcripts must be turned in by that date and marked as “Complete”.  
那deadline已经到了，可是成绩单仍然是incomplete，我想问一下，这个是不是意味着这次申请要报销？？？？！！！！

关键是，他说： transcripts must be turned in by that date and marked as “Complete”
晚点更新了以后会不会认为是逾期了啊？？？

4号提交的，前天才complete。。。

推荐信，我觉得是要到了米国工作时间才会有人手动帮你添上去的
之前我也是提交了要到第二天才看到completed的
