I reached out to other attorneys to consult and a lot of them are so busy with more complex cases and basically ignored me.

I've seen people posting their RFEs online questioning more than 12 months of CPT within one degree level but not sure how those cases ended. whether they just want to scare you or taking this super seriously

.google  иIt's OK, same thing happened to me, to lots of attorneys, our cases are too small to be answered, and they are very busy indeed, also cases vary. I think using CPT will likely to result more RFE, that's a trend, however, if you can explain it with reasonable response and having good supporting docs, I read a lot of posts from this online forum, they do get approved still. So good luck!
