Series D round startup DS Role

current valuation is 500M and not sure in 4 years if it can reach 2Bn, even with 2bn valuation, my total comp is barely 370k, don't think it is competitive in terms of the risk i am taking. i current work in FLAG DS role..maybe my math is wrong any comments or suggestion is welcome

thank you for the reply. should i just rely on the current value 200k total? i am wondering how should I discount the potential upside of this package. like i said, if the company valuation quadruples,  the offer is ok..not necessarily great. any comments are helpful.

就算达到了2b，会稀释啊，估计300k就不错了。
