The Role

We are looking for a mid-level Product Designer who has a record of great design works to join the team. The ideal candidate is a generalist who span many disciplines: ideation, user research, information architecture, interaction design and visual design. You will design products and features that distill insight from huge data sets, in the forms of text and numbers. Your work will go beyond user experience and user interface, and you will have opportunity to think about and achieve business strategy  by power of design.

Core Responsibilities

• Take ideas from stakeholders and clients and turn concept into useful and element products and solutions
• Design user flows, interaction, and pixels to turn complex data and content into simple and intuitive experiences
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers and high-level executive members to ship features with great experience and high design quality of from conception to launch
  

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a product designer, UX designer, interaction designer or a similar role
• Online portfolio to demonstrate design work and case studies
• BS or MS degree in human-computer interaction, computer science, information science, interaction design or a related field
• Proficient skills to execute interaction and visual specs with design tools (our team is using Sketch. Axure and Principle, but you can use your favorite as long as you can deliver good spec with it)
• Excellent communication skills to pitch your design to the team
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge for qualitative user research and user study
• Basic understanding for modern web development technology such as HTML, CSS and Javascript
• Experience for visualizing various types of complex information and data on web and mobile web
• Experience for AI product design
