硕士毕业转ds，成绩还行GT一般信息详细，老年人求定位

ucsd那项目可以去掉了，发邮件问过，有硕士学位的一概不要。原文如下：
If you are seeking admission to our MLDS MS program, then duplication of advanced degrees is not permitted at UCSD. (This is regardless of the discipline of the first degree or the discipline to which you seek admission.) We are therefore not able to consider your application to the ECE M.S. program, but would be very happy to review your application for our PhD program.

这个我发邮件问过，我的研究生是Meng，所以可以申请的，MS确实不行。

All applicants with a B.S. and/or M.S. degree in engineering, physical sciences, or mathematics are considered for admission. You may still apply if your major is not in one of these areas, however you should compare your previous coursework to the ECE course requirements in the program of study you are interested in. Based on your comparison, if you believe you would preform successfully in our program, you can consider applying.
