This seems very popular.  So I will start to learn with other intro courses.

Maybe try
(1) read the textbook http://composingprograms.com/pages/11-getting-started.html and the slides first, then listen to the video and take notes
OR
(2) take notes when listening to the video, and then take additional notes when reading the textbook.

Which way?  

I like this one better than Harvard CS50 because this one has better organized slides and a textbook and is also mainly about Python; Harvard CS50 tries compare a few different languages to explain the principles.
