DS常见的behavioral questions 和 如何回答

最近在准备店面，从glassdoor，地里，还有其他总结了一些常见的behavioral questions以及回答方法。如果觉得有用的话请加点大米。Behavioral question一般都要用S.T.A.R (situation, task, action, results)的模板来回答，最好是讲成故事，然后在故事里面突出自己的skills，为何qualify申请的工作，然后是一个team player.

• Self-introduction & projects on your resume.
• Why XXX company?
  Answer: education background, DS experiences to show you are qualified for this position, love XXX about this company.
• What do you want to do at XXX company?
• Challenge things that you have encountered in the past?
• How to deal with team conflicts? What if people have different opinions?
• Tell me about a situation in the past where you had to convince others about your position on a specific matter. What was the outcome?
• Show an example that you pay attention to details.
• What if KPI decreased?
  What is KPI? Its component? Which component is the root case? What changed? How to improve?
• What have you liked and disliked about your previous position?
• Tell me about a time when you took initiative.
  Whathave you done in your previous job that you are really proud of
• Tell me about a time when you had to overcome a dilemma.
  Tell me about a time you worked with a difficult team member.
• Tell me about a time you failed and what you have learned from it.
• Tell me about a challenge you have overcome while working on a group project.
• When you encountered a tedious, boring task, how would you deal with it and motivate yourself to complete it.
• Whathave you done in the past to make a client satisfied/happy?
• Whatdo you think makes a good data scientist?
• Howdid you become interested in data science?
• Givea few examples of “best practices” in data science.
• Whatunique skills do you think you’d bring to the team.
• What(outside of data science) are you passionate about.
