这周32号段已经降到龟速了，一天就处理3到4个case。哥们你有被抽到吗？有试过找congressman吗？照这样下去，再一个月也不见得会有希望。

老哥还在等？我今天打二级客服，二级客服说我的case一月底才被assign给一个officer under review。不知道还要等多久。。。

我今天申请了加急。同时也问了我的case状态，但客服说她看到我的case下什么更新都没有。她可能是tier 1客服，请问怎么能转到tier 2啊？直接跟她说要tier 2听电话吗？

让tier 1转接 tier 2, 问was my case already assigned to an officer and was being under review. 也顺便问问 assigned date. 一般assign后很快就制卡

如果你加急被拒理由是不符合加急条件就几乎是没assign，如果被拒理由是already assign officer就稳妥了

回复了，说已经under review。但神奇的是，很快case的状态就变成being produced了！这说明催还是有效果的，不催就tmd不动，虽然嘴硬不给加急。
你也加急吧，对我们这样等了100多天的，机关大爷大妈好歹也会动一下恻隐之心吧。

My job at the company is developing software products and related tools to be used within the company. By investing a lot of money and human power, the company developed a training program specifically for new employees, aiming at getting their skills upgraded and fit into its agile software development projects that more than often have tight deadlines of delivery. Having employees unable to show up on schedule in the training program exposes the company to the risk of delaying the delivery of some projects, which could result in a sequence of negative financial consequences in both direct and indirect ways.
