logistic regression requires the observations to be independent of each other.
Independent variables should not be too highly correlated with each other, logistic regression is low tolerant of multi-collinearity among the independent variables.  
logistic regression requires that the independent variables are linearly related to the log odds.
logistic regression typically requires a large sample size
Please correct me if any assumption is mistaken~
