首先看一段这个项目奖学金的申请资料，这里的全额具体指的是在 CMU 三个学期的学费。奖学金由 Hyogo Institute of Information Education Foundation 提供，免息贷款要求自毕业起5年内以等额本息（equal installment）方式还清。能获得奖学金的预计约为 8 位学生，而作为对比，双学位项目录取 10 位学生。

据个人了解，今年收到录取的四位同学中有三位获得了全额贷款，一位获得了半额贷款，而去年以来没有获得奖学金的例子。此外，CMU 和其他组织也有一些中国学生可以申请的奖学金，要知道很多奖学金的奖池与中国学生毫无关联。The Center for Cyber Safety and Education 即 (ISC)2 就是这样一家机构，预计发 20 位 $1,000 - $5,000 小奖，截止日期比较早要抓紧：ISC2。

We're sending out this special notice about scholarships available for students interested in getting a degree in cybersecurity or information assurance. The awards are administered by the Center for Cyber Safety and Education.

The Information Networking Institute (INI), doesn't manage these awards, so make sure to use the attached document provided to learn more about the awards and submit an application.

You may apply and win one of these awards and still be eligible to receive an award from the INI. So, make sure to let us know in the application if you want to be considered for funding.

The INI offers both partial and full tuition scholarships, including the Scholarship for Service, Executive Women's Forum INI Fellowship and GEM Fellowship.

同时也要提醒大家注意 Information Section 不仅可以亲自提问并获得不少有用而又暂未披露的信息，系统支持的话还可以看到之前的记录和回复。Google Hangouts 和宾大的系统都能看到问答的历史记录，UPenn 甚至还能输出日历事件甚至某次全部对话的 RSS feed。Zoom.us 无历史记录（摄像头可能默认开启，要注意周围环境）、Cisco Webex 还要下载桌面端应用（又难设置又难用），Facebook Live 的时候我 MacBook Pro 送修了，iPad 浏览器和客户端都不能看（笑，清晰度也不高不知道是不是录制者的锅）。此外我还遇到了中国申请人多的项目，招生官老师直接拉了个微信群的。
