AOE的小米今天凌晨突然发信来要寄纸质成绩单和Immgr Info Form

Thank you for applying to our graduate program!  Applications for the fall 2013 semester are to be submitted by January 15th.  Applications for the spring 2014 semester are to be submitted by September 15th.  These deadlines are the AOE Department application deadlines.  These deadlines differ from the Graduate School’s application deadlines; however, the AOE Department deadlines supersede those of the Graduate School’s application deadlines.   

Please submit the following materials directly to the Department of Aerospace and Ocean Engineering,  Graduate Admissions, 215 Randolph Hall, Blacksburg, VA 24061 by the deadlines stated above:

§  Official Transcripts (Transcripts must be in the original, sealed envelope issued from the university.  Please send transcripts of all college level courses.)

§  GRE Scores (Scores must be submitted directly from ETS to the Graduate School.)

§  TOEFL Scores (This is a requirement for international applicants.  Scores must be submitted directly from ETS to the Graduate School.)

§  Statement of Interest (Please upload this document onto the online application.)

§  Curriculum Vitae (Please upload this document onto the online application.)

§  Three Letters of Recommendation (Submit letters of recommendation through the online application system.)

§  Immigration Information Form (This is a requirement for international applicants.  Please submit copies of the form and supporting documents.)


Please submit the following materials directly to the Graduate School by the deadlines stated above:

§  Official Transcripts (Transcripts should be uploaded into the application.  Original official transcripts will be required to be mailed if admitted into the program.)

§  TOEFL Scores (This is a requirement for international applicants.  Scores must be submitted directly from ETS to the Graduate School.)

§  Immigration Information Form (If applicable.  Please submit the original documents.)

这都到了ddl了突然来这么一出！之前看研院上说不用寄成绩单，用扫描的review，财力证明也是if admitted，就没管他家，措手不及啊~急忙用UPS把材料寄到系里，坑爹啊

纸质成绩单确实需要寄送，我当时提交了网申就收到了这个，当时还和小蜜进行了确认

看来我这是要杯具。。之前都木有人管我，他家的login ID我催了好几次也不发，神马意思，瞧不起人

你都寄了什么东西，除了系里还要往哪寄

那个Immgr Info Form我只是寄到系里了，因为财力证明就剩一份了。。
这个表录取前需要往这寄吗

我申了他家EE，说上传成绩单就行了。但是到现在还没处理好成绩单，好个4~6周的处理时间啊。

这个表我没有寄，应该是录取之后再寄吧，我也没有寄财力证明

刚去清华寄了DHL，成绩单，学位证，毕业证，财力证明，attach bank state和passport 。也是寄到系里，那个int'l adm'n直接无视～

我也是刚刚收到AOE小米让寄材料什么的，但是AOE网页上就是写着不要寄啊！！还大写着NOT！！闹哪样！！！我回了个邮件，等回复
