硅谷的实习要求比较高，要求博士在读，做过research，有发过paper。普通CS MS的同学还是投国内的实习吧，简历过不去的。需要有过直接相关的项目实习。vision speech ML system这些。产品开发类实习经验不算。

学历硕士及以上
* PhD or MS student in computer science, electrical engineering, statistics, mathematics,

building global platforms for creation and communication The Bytedance AI Lab is doing world class work in machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, speech and audio, knowledge and data mining, and transferring our work into Bytedance products which are used by hundreds of millions of users around the globe. As a vital AI infrastructure for the company, our machine learning system integrates our most up-to-date R&D results in AI algorithms and systems. Come and join us, you will get the chance of building large-scale machine learning systems, and working with the best AI system and algorithm researchers and engineers.

You will be doing research and development for our machine learning system, including key computing component development, task scheduling, machine learning system management and operation, deployment of AI algorithms, online service based on our machine learning models. You will design and implement the online and offline architecture of the system, optimize the performance of the frontend and backend, iterate and improve the system using real-world data and customer driven scenarios.


Requirements:
Master at least one or two programming languages in Linux: C/C++, Go, Python, Javascript
Understand distributed system principles, with development experiences in distributed systems and applications
Familiar with various machine learning algorithms, and machine learning frameworks including Tensorflow, Caffe, MxNet, PyTorch

The following experiences are a plus:
Deep learning systems, big data, parallel computing
GPU based high performance computing, RDMA high performance network
Web programming
Experiences in developing and operating large scale distributed systems in cloud computing and machine learning

职位描述
1、人工智能、大规模分布式系统等领域开展前沿技术研究；
2、参与和推动技术落地到头条产品；
3、调研尝试人工智能技术为核心的新产品。
职位要求学历硕士及以上
1、在以下领域之一有研究积累（作为主要作者发表过ICML, NIPS, ACL, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV等论文）：
a)        机器学习：深度学习、大规模优化算法、统计概率模型、强化学习、推荐算法、高性能加速算法等
b)        自然语言理解：语法解析、文本摘要、语言生成、对话系统、自动问答、机器翻译、文本分类、知识推理等
c)        计算机视觉：图像视频分类、视频内容分析、文字检测和识别、场景理解、人脸识别、物体追踪等
2、算法与编程能力强，ACMICPC, NOI/IOI，Top coder，kaggle比赛获奖者优先；
3、能与团队融洽合作相处；


Security Engineer Intern        实习        研发 - 安全        Data

职位描述
1. Design and develop systems or frameworks (e.g. key management systems and authentication / authorization systems) that help to achieve security by default

2. Design and develop systems or frameworks (e.g. static code analysis) that help other engineers to improve security

3. Identify areas of security weakness, and find ways to minimize security risks. This includes penetration testing and automation to find security vulnerabilities

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering

2. Creative problem-solving skills and excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills

3. Strong written/verbal communication and excellent teamwork skills; flexible and self-motivated

4. Strong experience as a developer, ideally with Python, Go, C/C++ or Java

5. Experience on an internal application security team a plus

好像这四个美国岗位投的都简历挂了，如果有phd同学在发邮件投哈，其他的欢迎投国内实习，现在刚开始实习招聘，应该坑很多
