有人了解NicheBio这个公司么？Intern求建议

各位大佬想咨询下美国找intern的事情，之前学校advisor发了个招人的邮件，然后投了简历。很久之前电话面了一次，然后最近竟然邀我去on site了。
查了一些资料，感觉还是不清楚这家公司做啥的，不知道去那边做实习值不值。以下是一些基本信息：

我的求职方向：本科生物医学工程，现在master读EE准备转码，想做SDE方面的工作。

职位描述：HR跟我讲我的主要工作是做software和firmware方面的工作，根据下面职位描述应该是偏嵌入式系统的project

Niche Biomedical is hiring for Embedded Systems Engineers and Electronics Engineers in West Los Angeles, CA. Three full-time positions are available for candidates starting now or Jan 2019.

You will be working in a small, cross-functional team consisting of biomedical scientists/ PhDs and electrical engineers implementing the cutting-edge electronic medicines and neuromodulation devices. You will be working closely with executives and the advisory board members.

We are looking for MS and Ph.D. candidates with strong experience in C#, Visual Studio, Python, Matlab, Java, embedded programming, Verilog for Embedded Systems Engineer positions, and analog and mixed-signal ASIC design for Electronics Engineer positions.

说实话感觉自己之前电话面表现挺差的，也没有像互联网公司那样要求做题，就是聊天。不知道这样的职位过去会不会很水，而且感觉搜不到这个公司的一些细节信息……
感觉做嵌入式方面的project会不会对找SDE相关的工作没什么帮助？
不知道有没有了解的同学能聊一聊，十分感谢~
（当然现在on site还没去，不知道能不能实习呢）
