求助：CHECK后给大使馆发邮件，收到这样的回复是什么状态

面签日期：2月11日因为专业问题被AP了，绿单子
临近出发，感觉有点慌，已经买了3月初的机票，然后尝试着给support@ustraveldocs.com发了邮件，阐述了下自己的情况
然后秒回两封邮件，一封是：
We have received your email and will respond accordingly within 1 to 2 business days.
这个是自动回复，查了下很多人都收到了
第二封是：
Dear New Portal User:

Your US Travel Documents Customer Portal username and password information is below.

To access the online system, enter your username and password into the log-in page. Be sure to enter the two CAPTCHA words exactly as they appear on the screen to validate your information.

Thank you,

US Travel Documents Customer Support

第二天收到了第三封：

Dear Sender,


Thank you for writing to the U.S. Visa Service Desk.

We understand that you need assistance.

Your email has reached the US Visa Service Desk of West Africa. For us to assist you further with your concern, please verify to us to which Country/Consulate you are applying for your visa.

Have a pleasant day!

所以是被受理然后建档了？请问有人收到过类似的回复me

楼主你在哪签证的？发邮箱的地址好像不对，不是板上通常使用的那个，你去板上再搜搜吧

verify之后收到了public response就是模板回复，没啥用

是的，最后被close了

更新，后续又收到了大使馆邮件，凉凉了，3月9号的航班，不知道还来不来的及，求支招

邮件内容：

Dear Applicant,

Thank you for writing to the U.S. Visa Service Desk.

We understand that you wish to know your visa application status.

We would like to inform you that your application requires additional administrative processing. It can take up to 60 days for the process of administrative clearance.

Most administrative processing is resolved within 60 days of your visa interview, but the length of processing time will vary based on the circumstances of each case.

Please note that before inquiring about your visa status, you or your representative should wait at least 60 days from the date of your interview or the submission of supplemental documents, whichever is later. Please be patient. You will be contacted by the Embassy or the Consulate if they need further documentation from you.

If you are a nonimmigrant applicant, you may check your DS-160 and visa application status online here: by entering your interview location (or location where you couriered your application to if you applied through an interview waiver process) and your DS-160 barcode number.

NOTE: In case you want to track your current passport status which was submitted to the Embassy, please, send an email to passportstatus@ustraveldocs.com and in the subject and/or body enter a valid passport number exactly as it was entered at the time the appointment was scheduled, and you will receive an automatic response with the status.

However, as per the application guidelines, all applicants are requested to apply timely in order to obtain their visa prior to their departure date.

It is up to the US Visa Consular Officer who reviewed your application to decide whether or not there is any need to speed up the process as per your departure date.

It's not advised to make firm travel plans (purchasing tickets, paying for hotel accommodation, etc.) until you will receive your passport with visa after adjudication in the Embassy.

You will be informed when your passport is ready for pickup by our service.
