哥大Digital Interview重要性

在Gradcafe上看到这段话

“To everyone commenting on the interviews for MSCS: Columbia uses these interviews primarily as a filtering mechanism for international students to make sure they can speak English. The only people who reported receiving interviews were international, American students wouldn't do them.”

只有国际生会收到interview所以估计也不会作为很重要的指标，只要讲的还凑合合格就行了。

看到了诶！今天刚更新的，美国人都收面试那是为了survey？

"just received an email for an online interview. American and went to undergrad in the states."
"The online interviews are not only for international students. I am American and received a request for an interview. I'm a native English speaker with perfect/near-perfect verbal and writing scores on the GRE and SAT, so I doubt the purpose is to weed out students with poor English."

我就是以为是survey，没咋好好发挥，到现在还没信。。。哭
