如何买枪持枪

国际学生或者外国人是可以买枪持枪的
相关规定如下
(R1) May nonimmigrant aliens legally
in the United States purchase
or possess firearms and ammunition
while in the United States?

Nonimmigrant aliens generally are
prohibited from possessing or receiving
(purchasing) firearms and ammunition
in the United States.
There are exceptions to this general
prohibition. The exceptions are
as follows:

1. nonimmigrant aliens who possess
a valid (unexpired) hunting license
or permit lawfully issued by a
State in the United States;

2. nonimmigrant aliens entering
the United States to participate in a
competitive target shooting event or
to display firearms at a sports or
hunting trade show sponsored by a
national, State, or local firearms
trade organization devoted to the
collection, competitive use or other
sporting use of firearms;

3. certain diplomats, if the firearms
are for official duties;

4. officials of foreign governments,
if the firearms are for official
duties, or distinguished foreign visitors
so designated by the U.S.
State Department;

5. foreign law enforcement officers
of friendly foreign governments
entering the United States
on official law enforcement business;
and

6. persons who have received a
waiver from the prohibition from the
U.S. Attorney General.
Significantly, even if a nonimmigrant
alien falls within one of these
exceptions, the nonimmigrant alien
CANNOT purchase a firearm from a
Federal firearms licensee (FFL)
unless he or she (1) has an alien
number or admission number from
the Department of Homeland Security
(formerly the Immigration and Naturalization
Service) AND (2) can provide
the FFL with documentation
showing that he or she has resided in
a State within the United States for 90
consecutive days immediately prior to
the firearms transaction.

第一条最容易满足，其他的大多数时候没国际学生的事情。

步骤如下
1. 学习狩猎教育课程
很多州提供在线版本的，但是需要花钱
价格从几刀刀几十刀不等

2. 购买狩猎许可证
价格大致在100多一些，各州不同

3. 去买枪。
手枪也是可以买的，但是必须在21周岁以上才行。
否则只能买大枪


买到抢之后，是不能像警察一样随身携带的。
而且放在家里，有相关法律条例规定储藏保存方式。

别忘了办理挟枪证

don't laugh at me, I am still practice in shooting ranges.

About the restrictions, at least it is safe to say, you could at least defend yourself while resting at homes with very few restrictions.
And you could defend yourself in cars, with some, if not a lot of restrictions.


About walk-around, carry-around defense, I suggest technical knives. if u feel interested, we could talk about it.

玩枪确实需要练，否则走火伤害到自己活着无辜的人几率不小。

我记得你上次给我推荐过的那把刀，感觉还不错的，不过我目前还没找到好点的地方买。 我比较喜欢带槽儿的军刺。

枪放在家里看家护院就可以了，不过要注意美帝很多公寓是不让住客拥枪的

另外，我记得有打猎证在车里也可以放枪？感觉住在有security system的apartment的话，在车里放枪用上的机会会更高一些

纯粹体会射击乐趣的话可以去附近的shooting range,里面也会提供枪支使用的基础教学

我现在出门包里就放一把Smith&Wesson的生存刀和一支强光手电，一般有紧急境况也可以应付了

听过来人说，出门防身最好的其实是那种小罐装的防狼喷雾，因为出手比较快。在紧急情况是不会让你有充足的时间摸刀掏枪的
不过westwood总体比较安全，估计也没啥机会让我用上这玩意……

but one thing I disagree with you is about the knives.
There are fighting knives which are so easy to pull out.
Quick response in deed.
你是用生存刀的所以可能这方面不了解。
战术格斗刀和生存刀的还是有很多差别的

上次那把是蝴蝶刀。
如果你真买了，平时别拿出来。
在大多数州都是非法的。而且gangsters用的太多，所以名声很臭。

这玩意实体店买得到么。。。。要试试手感和锋利。。 我不太会保养这个，，而且我以前自己磨坏过1把63式军刺，手感无敌好， 作战也比你这个链接里的这种匕首式的军刺威力大多了。。

这种店应该很多的。我不太理解为什么你找不到合适的店买。
