Responsibility:

1.Setup finance and accounting team from scratch

2.Recruitmentof junior accountant

3.Workwith external adviser to file annual account and arrange tax related reports, financialreports such as cash flow forecast; cost analysis; sales performance ratiosanalysis etc

Requirement

1.Great attention to details

2.Great time-management skill

3.Strong oral and written communication skills

4.Organized and detail-oriented

5.PreviousReal Estate knowledge is a plus but not required

6.Mandarin/Chinese bilingual skill required

7.A minimum of 2 years of accounting experience
